It is our policy to remove any collars on your cat prior to boarding for its own safety during their stay.

It is our policy to only accept cats into the cattery that have a current vaccination record that is up to date and we request that this be available for viewing either at booking a date of stay or on first arrival , of which we will take a photocopy for administrative purposes.

It is our policy that your cat (s) will receive the utmost care during their stay with us.

Litter trays are constantly checked and cleaned.

Water and food levels are monitored frequently, as is your cats wellbeing with plenty of fuss and grooming. Meals are given three times a day ( unless specified otherwise by the owner ), and we can either give you a choice from our own stocks or if you prefer you can bring your own.

We are happy to cater for special diets !

Medicines and treatments administered at no extra cost when supplied buy their owners.
